No lender, broker, or fiduciary role
SMBbookkeeper is not a lender, mortgage broker, securities broker-dealer, investment adviser, or licensed M&A broker. We do not take referral fees from lenders. Any capital, acquisition, or exit transaction is between you and the counterparty.
Intellectual property
OWNABLE OS, OWNABLE Score, LTEM, ProfitFlow, and the Five Exits framework are proprietary frameworks of SMBbookkeeper and Bootstrapper. Client deliverables are owned by the client per the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMBbookkeeper's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
