Scope of work

What we deliver inside the engagement.

  • Trailing-twelve financials rebuilt to lender standards

Three-statement, monthly, comparative. Cleansed of one-time items. Tied to bank statements. Ready for diligence.

  • Quality-of-earnings (QoE) prep document

EBITDA bridge, normalization adjustments, customer concentration, working capital — written up the way an SBA underwriter or QoE firm expects to see it.

  • OWNABLE Score certification

The TDV metric our active SBA network recognizes. Comes with a one-page certification summary that goes into the lender package.

  • Lender package + pitch deck

Executive summary, use-of-funds, repayment capacity, owner background, deal structure. Designed for SBA 7(a), conventional commercial, and seller-financed deals.

  • Warm introductions to our active SBA lender network

Not a list. Live intros, with context, to lenders who are actually deploying in your size band and industry. We don't take referral fees.

  • Lender Q&A prep + sit-on-the-call support

Two 90-minute prep sessions before lender meetings. We sit on the first lender call to make sure the package walks.

  • Post-close cleanup + reporting cadence

Many SBA loans require monthly or quarterly lender reporting. We install the cadence so covenant compliance isn't a fire drill.

Investment

Flat project fee. No success fee. No referral commissions.

Capital Readiness starts at $15,000 for a single-entity, single-loan engagement with reasonably clean books. Larger or more complex scopes — acquisitions, multi-entity holdcos, messy target due diligence — are quoted after the diagnostic.

We do not take referral fees from lenders. Your loan is your loan. The only money that changes hands is between you and us, and between you and the lender directly.

No. We are not a lender, broker, or capital provider. Capital Readiness is a 6–10 week consulting engagement that makes your business lender-ready and walks you into our active SBA lender network. The capital relationship is yours, directly with the lender. We take no referral fee from lenders.
